Description
Celebrate your U.S. Marine Corps service with this patriotic USMC Veteran Flag. The design features a bold eagle with wings spread, carrying the stars and stripes of the American flag. At the top, the U.S. Marine Corps emblem is prominently displayed, surrounded by the iconic sunflower and lettering. The bottom showcases the words ‘U.S.M.C. Veteran,’ conveying a strong sense of pride and honor for those who have served. Set it out as a Marine veteran garden flag or hang it as a Marine veteran house flag for a military welcome at the front door. Looking for a meaningful gift for Marine veterans? It also shines as an Armed Forces Day display and Independence Day decoration.
Fly It Proud for Those Who Served
- Our freedom and unity were earned by generations of heroes who stepped forward when the nation needed them.
- Every day, America’s service members stand watch so the rest of us can live safe and free. Raising this flag is a simple, visible way to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
- A meaningful gift and a lasting tribute to the veterans in your life.
How to Display a Military Flag
Displaying a flag carries real meaning in the United States, and a few basic rules of etiquette help you do it with respect.
- Never fly a military flag, or any other flag, above the U.S. flag.
- The U.S. flag holds the position of honor at its own right (the viewer’s left); no other flag should be placed to its right.
- When flown together, no other flag should be larger than the U.S. flag.
- On designated days of remembrance, lower the flag to half-staff as directed by the half-staff calendar or by proclamation of the President or your state’s Governor.
The U.S. Flag Code includes more guidelines, but these are the essentials to keep in mind.
