What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments go through PayPal’s secure, encrypted checkout, and you can pay by card without a PayPal account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order; after that, it may already be packed for shipping and changes cannot be guaranteed. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws. Any tax is shown before you pay.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our hands in 2-4 business days (handling), then arrive 4-6 business days after that, so 6-10 business days total across the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only: all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and standard P.O. Boxes (via USPS). We do not ship to U.S. territories. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You get 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund (apparel unworn and unwashed; mugs unused, in original packaging). Full details live in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives, we inspect it in 2-3 business days and process the refund in 5-7 business days. Your bank can take another 5-10 business days to post it, though PayPal is usually quicker. Expect about 3-4 weeks from the day we receive your return, plus the time it spends in transit to us.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check the measurements on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
What if it doesn't fit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order for the size you need. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Products & Care
How do I care for my order?
For tees, hoodies, and polos, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry, unless the product page says otherwise. For mugs, follow the care notes on the product page.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Availability changes as items sell through, so check back or watch a product page for updates.
