Description
Celebrate the spirit of the United States Air Force with this USAF Grommet Flag. The flag features the iconic Air Force symbol at its center, flanked by the ‘AIM High… FLY-Fight-WIN’ motto and the phrase ‘American By Birth, Veteran By Choice.’ It includes two American flag emblems and two Air Force rank insignias, one on each side, adding a personal touch to this patriotic display. This flag conveys a sense of pride, honor, and service, making it a fitting tribute for military enthusiasts and veterans alike. As an Air Force veteran grommet flag, it looks great on a flagpole, a porch bracket or a living room wall. Looking for a meaningful gift for Air Force veterans or gift for dad? It also shines as a Father’s Day gift and Independence Day decoration.
Fly It Proud for Those Who Served
- Our freedom and unity were earned by generations of heroes who stepped forward when the nation needed them.
- Every day, America’s service members stand watch so the rest of us can live safe and free. Raising this flag is a simple, visible way to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
- A meaningful gift and a lasting tribute to the veterans in your life.
How to Display a Military Flag
Displaying a flag carries real meaning in the United States, and a few basic rules of etiquette help you do it with respect.
- Never fly a military flag, or any other flag, above the U.S. flag.
- The U.S. flag holds the position of honor at its own right (the viewer’s left); no other flag should be placed to its right.
- When flown together, no other flag should be larger than the U.S. flag.
- On designated days of remembrance, lower the flag to half-staff as directed by the half-staff calendar or by proclamation of the President or your state’s Governor.
The U.S. Flag Code includes more guidelines, but these are the essentials to keep in mind.
