Description
This US Army Veteran Flag honors those who served with the bold headline ‘Never Forget, Forever Honor.’ The design features a soldier saluting, an eagle, combat boots, and a helmet, all set against a backdrop of American stars and stripes. The emblems, ribbons, and stars are strategically placed to evoke a sense of pride, service, and remembrance. The message it carries is one of respect and gratitude for the sacrifices made by those who have served. Display it as an Army veteran garden flag or Army veteran house flag to bring a veteran pride touch to the yard, porch or front door. It makes a heartfelt gift for Army veterans and a Fourth of July decoration or military retirement gift that honors their service. It doubles as an American flag and a patriotic flag for anyone who flies their pride every day.
Fly It Proud for Those Who Served
- Our freedom and unity were earned by generations of heroes who stepped forward when the nation needed them.
- Every day, America’s service members stand watch so the rest of us can live safe and free. Raising this flag is a simple, visible way to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
- A meaningful gift and a lasting tribute to the veterans in your life.
How to Display a Military Flag
Displaying a flag carries real meaning in the United States, and a few basic rules of etiquette help you do it with respect.
- Never fly a military flag, or any other flag, above the U.S. flag.
- The U.S. flag holds the position of honor at its own right (the viewer’s left); no other flag should be placed to its right.
- When flown together, no other flag should be larger than the U.S. flag.
- On designated days of remembrance, lower the flag to half-staff as directed by the half-staff calendar or by proclamation of the President or your state’s Governor.
The U.S. Flag Code includes more guidelines, but these are the essentials to keep in mind.
