Description
This US Veteran Grommet Flag celebrates military service with bold graphics and vibrant colors. The design features the Department of Veterans Affairs emblem at the top, a powerful eagle with outstretched wings, and the American flag motif woven into its feathers. The background combines patriotic red and white stripes with a deep blue field of stars, evoking a sense of pride and honor. The message it conveys is one of respect for service and sacrifice, making it a fitting tribute for any veteran. Raise it as a US veteran grommet flag on the flagpole, or hang it in the garage or man cave as a veteran pride statement. A thoughtful gift for US veterans or gift for dad, it is just as fitting as a Father’s Day gift or Armed Forces Day display.
Fly It Proud for Those Who Served
- Our freedom and unity were earned by generations of heroes who stepped forward when the nation needed them.
- Every day, America’s service members stand watch so the rest of us can live safe and free. Raising this flag is a simple, visible way to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
- A meaningful gift and a lasting tribute to the veterans in your life.
How to Display a Military Flag
Displaying a flag carries real meaning in the United States, and a few basic rules of etiquette help you do it with respect.
- Never fly a military flag, or any other flag, above the U.S. flag.
- The U.S. flag holds the position of honor at its own right (the viewer’s left); no other flag should be placed to its right.
- When flown together, no other flag should be larger than the U.S. flag.
- On designated days of remembrance, lower the flag to half-staff as directed by the half-staff calendar or by proclamation of the President or your state’s Governor.
The U.S. Flag Code includes more guidelines, but these are the essentials to keep in mind.
