Description
Celebrate the legacy of a United States Air Force veteran with this patriotic USAF grommet flag. The design features bold text that proudly proclaims ‘United States Air Force Veteran,’ accompanied by the Air Force emblem and wings insignia. The flag includes a horizontal American flag stripe at the top and bottom, framed by a sleek blue background, with stars and stripes adding a touch of pride and respect. This flag symbolizes service, honor, and the enduring spirit of those who proudly served. Raise it as an Air Force veteran grommet flag on the flagpole, or hang it in the garage or man cave as a veteran pride statement. A thoughtful gift for Air Force veterans, it is just as fitting as a Father’s Day gift or Armed Forces Day display.
Fly It Proud for Those Who Served
- Our freedom and unity were earned by generations of heroes who stepped forward when the nation needed them.
- Every day, America’s service members stand watch so the rest of us can live safe and free. Raising this flag is a simple, visible way to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
- A meaningful gift and a lasting tribute to the veterans in your life.
How to Display a Military Flag
Displaying a flag carries real meaning in the United States, and a few basic rules of etiquette help you do it with respect.
- Never fly a military flag, or any other flag, above the U.S. flag.
- The U.S. flag holds the position of honor at its own right (the viewer’s left); no other flag should be placed to its right.
- When flown together, no other flag should be larger than the U.S. flag.
- On designated days of remembrance, lower the flag to half-staff as directed by the half-staff calendar or by proclamation of the President or your state’s Governor.
The U.S. Flag Code includes more guidelines, but these are the essentials to keep in mind.
